Job Description

If you are looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator position in Spain, then we have the perfect opportunity for you. Our company is searching for a talented and motivated individual to join our team.

Workpackage

The work package includes:

  • The calculation of monthly salaries and the preparation of related documentation
  • The preparation of annual tax returns
  • The communication with Spanish authorities, social security and pension funds
  • The administration of personnel files
  • Payroll administration for clients
  • Assistance with human resources

The successful candidate will have

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A relevant degree in human resources, business administration or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An eye for detail and a passion for accuracy
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work and location

This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be based in our Barcelona office: 40 to 36 hours/week.

Working from home is possible when discussed with your line manager and relevant colleagues.

The salary for this position is to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
